Happy New Years Eve everyone! I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find the time to publish another blog posts and share some photos, but I’m happy I’m able to now. Most people reflect on the year and usually bust out all the cliche New Year’s resolutions, but I’ve never been big on resolutions. I just do, and that’s all that matters. I don’t need to make a list or let everyone know what I need to improve on, etc. Life is life and I just keep on living it.
It was really nice to visit the beach yesterday. Considering it’s been so hot this year, visiting the beach was perfect to end the year with. There was a nice breeze so it was actually pretty cold, but it felt wonderful all the same. As soon as we got out of the car, the wonderful scent of the ocean welcomed me with open arms. I forget that staring into the ocean is such a beautiful sight.
I also was able to visit the 6th Street Bridge, and Rafael took some photos of me and some friends before they officially take the bridge down. We also went to Candle Light Lane and took some photos of the beautiful lights and Christmas home decorations. This year I didn’t get to look at Christmas lights in the beginning of this month, so it was cool to squeeze in a visit before December officially ends.
Here’s to a Happy 2016!
